Refund policy

Parcels can be checked before payment. We have easy 15 days exchange/return policy. If the customer finds the product faulty or any missing product, company will exchange/return themselves.

If the customer wants to change without any defect willingly, then he/she would send the product back to us and we will send back other product after receiving the sent product by customer. Please note that returns and refunds take almost 7-10 days to complete the process. 

In any case, company's decision will be final.
