How long does delivery take?

Our shipping policy gives a delivery range of 2–7 days. Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our control. See the shipping policy for details.

Can I check my parcel before payment?

Yes. Parcels can be checked before payment.

Exchanges and returns

What is the exchange and return period?

We offer a 15-day exchange/return policy. Please contact our team if an item is faulty or missing. For a change of choice, the customer sends the item back before a replacement is sent. Returns and refunds take approximately 7–10 days to process. Read the refund policy for the full conditions.

Are the suits stitched or unstitched?

Check each product’s title and description for its format, fabric and included pieces. Our ready-to-wear collection contains stitched outfits.
